CLA Call for Presentations ~ 2012 Conference in San Jose

The theme of this year’s conference is “Defying Gravity – Libraries Without Limits” and should guide all potential conference presenters in crafting innovative and dynamic programs for our conference attendees. We are expecting a great turnout for this conference, and look forward to reviewing the program submissions. This link should be used to submit program proposals for the California Library Association Conference to be held on Friday, November 2, 2012 – Sunday, November 4, 2012. Call For Proposals submissions are due back no later than 5pm on Monday, April 30, 2012. Incomplete or late submissions will not be accepted.
Presenters and panelists should also note that they will be expected to register for the conference and will be notified in plenty of time to take advantage of the early-bird registration fees, which will be available from June 1, 2012 through July 31, 2012. The only exceptions to this requirement will be for presenters who are coming in from out-of-state or who are not library staff (i.e., an architect or other professional presenter).
